Step 1

  • Go to the Tristar website




Step 2

  • Go to Product support
  • Click on Warranty and Repairs.






Step 3

  • Scroll down to Step 4
  • Click to log in and start a warranty request (RMA).
  • If you do not have an account yet, please create one and try these steps again afterwards.





Step 4

  • To start the return order (RMA), click the orange button in the top left corner.




Step 5

  • Enter the correct article number.
  • The site will do a suggestion, if correct click the suggestion and you will see the orange button to add the article to your return order.



Step 6

  • Choose the reason for return and fill in the name of the place of purchase.
  • Unless an item has been purchased from Smartwares directly (I.E. spareparts), just enter '00000' in the Invoice No. field.
  • Enter the correct date of purchase.
  • Upload a photograph, screenshot or a scan of your receipt or order confirmation.
  • Fill in the return reason. Use this field to explain why you want to return the product to us.

Step 7
  • Fill in your name and address details as well as means for us to contact you.
  • If everything has been entered correctly, please click the orange button below to submit the return order (RMA).
  • You will recieve an RMA number. Please take note of this number should you contact Smartwares about your RMA.
