How to submit a warranty or return request(Princess)

Step 1 Go to the Princess website https://www.princesshome.eu/en-gb/profile/returnorders/ To start the request, click on 'Start return or warranty request' at the top.
Step 2 Enter the correct article number. The site will do a suggestion, if correct click the suggestion and you will see the orange button to add the article to your return order.
Step 3 Please enter the required information to complete the request Unless a product has been purchased directly from Princess (e.g. spare parts), you do not need to enter an invoice number in the field. In this case, please use '00000'. You will immediately receive an RMA number. With this number the warranty request is known to us
