There are several possibilities that can cause your fryer to seem to stop working or not heat up. The options below can solve this:

1. Check heating element

Your deep fryer may stop heating up because the safety switch is not pressed. You can check this by checking that the deep fryer is properly assembled.

Make sure that the heating element (3) slides precisely with the cubes (1) into the guide (2) of the outer pan, so that the safety switch is pressed and activated.

2. Ensure minimum and maximum amount of oil

After the heating element has been placed correctly, you can fill it with the desired amount of oil or fat. Make sure it is filled at least to the minimum level and not higher than the maximum level, as indicated on the inside of the inner pan (4). For best results, it is not recommended to use different types of oil interchangeably.

3. Wait for the light to turn off

Once the heating element is properly positioned and the oil or fat is added, you can plug it in (6). Select the desired temperature (7) and the fat or oil will now heat up (8 red light). Once the temperature is reached, the light will turn off or green and it is ready to fry the food in the pan.
