How incredibly unfortunate that your vacuum cleaner is currently not working as good as it did before.
To maintain the suction power of your vacuum cleaner, it is important that you keep the item clean (or that you clean it regularly). Below are the steps on how to do this.
- Open the dirt collection bin by pressing the release button. Remove all dirt from the dirt collection tray
- Remove the coarse debris filter and clean it.
- After this, remove the HEPA filter and clean it by lightly tapping, lightly brushing or blowing on it. Caution, using the hoover without this filter may cause damage to the motor.
- Clean the suction tube in the holder and also clean the complete holder on the inside. Should any dirt remain in the suction tube, try to remove it as well.
- Check that the brush at the nozzle and the area behind the brush is clean and that the brush rotates smoothly.
